💫The Team 💫

You will be part of the Tax Department, reporting to the Global Head of Tax and the Head of Immigration France and also giving support to other areas of Lexidy.  You are going to deal with all international tax- related cases. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions.


 🎯​​​ Mission
Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated assistance. Foster collaboration and efficiency while actively contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and client care.

🧩​​Tasks​

  • Assisting foreign clients with local Tax matters and general Tax legal advice 
  • Support with proofreading and checking documents for accuracy.
  • Undertaking technical and practical legal research including identification, collation, and distribution of information.
  • Obtaining accurate initial information from potential clients
  • Assisting with a range of general office duties as needed

Individuals Tax (70%)

  • Consultancy on tax initial approach and implications for new clients.
  • Compliance with Tax Returns, and other personal taxes.
  • Fill statutory income tax return documents.
  • US and UK clients- Tax Treaties
  • Tax optimization.
  • Tax simulation studies.
  • Manage and attend to the tax authorities’ requirements- french tax administration

Corporate Tax (30%)

  • General advice on corporate tax, direct and indirect tax.
  • Provide advice about implications when setting up a legal entity in France in terms of tax.

😄​​​ You have:

  • Educational background: Hold a Master II in Tax law and the CAPA or 'élève-avocat'. Graduated in Law and registered in the French Bar Association. 
  • Knowledge of international taxation (and in particular personal taxation for the US and UK).
  • At least 6 month experience with Tax Law in France as a trainee or lawyer
  • Previous experience in a tax law firm (internship) would be appreciated.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2). You communicate clearly, write well and speak eloquently. 
  • A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, winning work proactively, and contributing to winning new clients.
  • Strong collaboration skills - can work well with diverse teams and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset - ability to navigate obstacles and come up with effective solutions under pressure.
