Paid Media & Performance Marketing Specialist

Works closely with: SEO Specialist, CRM Consultant (HubSpot), Content Manager, Social media and video/ content specialists
The Mandate
Own and rebuild Lexidy's paid acquisition performance across Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Mexico (with expansion markets to follow), at a moment when Google's own dynamics (AI Overviews, CPC inflation) demand real channel diversification — not just campaign tweaks.
What You'll Own
- Google Ads / Search — the top priority channel — plus Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Tracking and attribution via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Reading and interpreting HubSpot lead and deal data to optimize campaigns not just for cost-per-lead, but for lead quality, conversion rate and ROI.
- Direct ad creative strategy — translate campaign performance data into clear creative briefs (angles, hooks, formats) for our freelance design/video team to execute. You won't produce assets yourself, but you'll own what gets tested and why.Briefing or producing visually strong ad creative (images and video).
- Building and optimizing landing pages (Elementor / WordPress).
- Clear, data-backed performance reporting and recommendations to the CMO.
- Coordinating with the SEO Specialist for an integrated paid + organic search strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven hands-on experience (4 years minimum) in Google Ads / Search — this is the most important requirement.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Analytics (GA4).
- Comfort reading CRM/lead data (HubSpot or equivalent) to optimize toward ROI and lead quality, not only cost-per-lead.
- Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) a strong plus.
- If not from legal: experience in a lead-gen business with a similar ticket size (€1,000+).
- Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
- Comfortable working with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make); AI-driven tools are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or understanding of the SEO
- LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads experience.
- Experience producing visually strong creative (images/video).
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Elementor (WordPress) and landing page creation.
- Legal, immigration, real estate or relocation industry background.
- Experience producing visual creative yourself is a plus (not required) — useful for giving sharper feedback to freelancers, not for hands-on execution.
