Accountabilities - Ensuring permanent compliance of clients (business organizations)
- Participating in preventive Due Diligence projects.
- Preventing the occurrence of Labour disputes or ensuring their effective and speedy resolution.
- Assisting clients in defining their human resources policies.
- Assist Company Formation and assessment of Trademarks.
- Ongoing consultancy and advice to clients in Labour and Corporate/Commercial Law.
- Collaborating in developing initiatives that contribute to the promotion and enhancement of the Department.
- Solving day-to-day queries
- Participation in the management strategy of the team's and department's project portfolio.
- Study and development of research and technical legal consultations.
- Collaboration in the development of internal content and publications for clients.
- Collaboration in the planning and development of legal training programs;
- Possibility of working on transversal projects in various jurisdictions.
- Constant collaboration with other support areas of the firm, such as accounting, marketing, IT, and human resources.
- Implementation of transversal projects and initiatives.

You have:- Registered in a Portuguese Bar Association
- Law degree from a recognized Portuguese university;
- Professional experience in the area of Labour and Corporate/Commercial Law;
- Fluent in English (C1/C2). You communicate clearly, write well and speak eloquently. Other languages are appreciated
- Experience with dealing with clients directly and face to face
- A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Let’s get the job done
- Excited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation, and innovation
- A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and make sure everyone understands
- A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business
- You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, winning work proactively, and contributing to winning new clients.

- Being responsible for the entire journey of the client, from engaging the service to concluding it
- Work together with the Tax and Accounting teams
