💫The Team
Lexidy is evolving from a traditional, sales-led legal services firm into an AI-native, marketing-led platform. This role exists to transform how people buy from Lexidy — shifting a significant share of purchases from sales conversations to direct, self-serve acquisition. As we build AI-native products alongside our higher-touch immigration and legal services, the CMO will own the strategy that drives demand, accelerates digital conversion, and grows customer lifetime value across both B2C and B2B. This role reports directly to the CEO and leads the Growth & Performance Marketing team (including the Paid Media Specialist and SEO), the CRM Consultant (HubSpot), the Content Manager, the Data Analyst, the Web/Project Manager and the Affiliate Manager, plus external agencies and freelancers across SEO, social, video and community.
🧩 Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Transform Lexidy’s acquisition model from sales-led to AI-native, marketing-led/direct, increasing the share of customers who purchase through self-serve digital journeys while supporting higher-touch legal services.
- Own the full marketing P&L and strategy across all markets and business lines (Immigration, Real Estate, B2B, Relocation Services), ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA impact.
- Build and scale an AI-native marketing function, embedding AI across content creation, SEO/GEO, AI search visibility and citations, paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and internal workflows to increase output without proportionally increasing headcount.
- Own end-to-end demand generation, including paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), organic growth (SEO, GEO, AI search visibility, content), and lifecycle marketing (HubSpot, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and repeat business).
- Lead acquisition strategy and RevOps optimisation, including pricing and packaging input, lead scoring and routing, funnel conversion, MQL quality, attribution, incrementality measurement, marketing mix optimisation, expansion into new countries and verticals, and the metrics linking marketing investment to revenue and profitability.
- Develop pricing, retention, and customer lifetime value strategies in partnership with Product and Operations to maximize sustainable growth.
- Define and continuously validate buyer personas and customer journeys across markets, products, and customer segments, using customer insights and experimentation rather than annual planning exercises.
- Build and strengthen Lexidy’s premium, AI-native brand positioning, creating trust in consumer markets while establishing credibility in B2B and recurring legal services.
- Manage the marketing organisation, including budgets, hiring, performance, agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors, building a high-performing, AI-native marketing team.
- Develop strategic partnership and affiliate channels that complement Lexidy’s primary direct acquisition engine and support expansion into new audiences and markets.
🔎You have:
Required Experience & Skills
- Min 5 years leading growth/performance marketing, ideally in legal, professional services, or another low-ticket, regulated, or relocation-adjacent B2C category.
- Proven ownership across paid, organic and CRM/lifecycle — not a single-channel specialist.
- Genuinely hands-on with AI tools for marketing: content generation, SEO/GEO, personalization, workflow automation. Not only curiosity — drive for excellence.
- Comfort with pricing, packaging and RevOps fundamentals, not just campaign execution.
- Data fluency: GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Looker Studio — reads the numbers directly, doesn’t wait for a report.
- Multi-market experience; fluent English and Spanish, French/Italian/Portuguese a strong plus.
Who You Are
Entrepreneurial and scrappy. Moves fast, iterates, and tests rather than planning the perfect campaign. Excited by the challenge of building next-generation acquisition channels, not just optimizing existing ones.
